1. License Grant / ライセンスの付与

GOTA RECORDS / AJITO SOUNDS grants you (the licensee) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Groove Activator on up to two (2) Mac computers you own.

GOTA RECORDS / AJITO SOUNDS は、ライセンシー (あなた) に対し、お客様が所有する最大 2 台の Mac に Groove Activator をインストールして使用する非独占的・非譲渡的なライセンスを付与します。

2. Restrictions / 制限事項

You may NOT:

• Distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

禁止事項:

• ソフトウェアの配布、再販、サブライセンス、共有
• リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 改変、翻案、派生作品の作成
• 著作権または所有権表示の削除

5. Audio Sample Ownership / 音声サンプルの所有権

All factory drum samples are © 2026 GOTA YASHIKI / GOTA RECORDS. You may use them in your music productions, but cannot redistribute the raw samples themselves.

全ファクトリードラムサンプルは © 2026 GOTA YASHIKI / GOTA RECORDS。ご自身の音楽制作での使用は許可されますが、サンプル自体の再配布は禁止です。

6. Termination / 終了

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software using the Groove Activator Uninstaller PKG.

本ライセンスは、これらの条項に違反した場合、自動的に終了します。終了時には、Groove Activator Uninstaller PKG を使用してソフトウェアをアンインストールする必要があります。
